When I walked in here exactly 9 years ago, I fell in love instantly. So it is also with pain in my heart that I now say goodbye, but it is time for a new adventure. Around the corner you will find the hustle and bustle of the city, but inside the house it is an oasis of calm. The sun shines in abundance here. In winter, you can even enjoy the sun on the balcony out of the wind. Veerstraat is truly unique. Every year the 'Veerstraat dinner' takes place (big street party) and the friendliness and caring towards each other is striking. Most people have lived here for a long time. 'Neighbours' are still real neighbours here. I am going to miss this street and this house very much!

De Veerstraat is a cosy quiet street in Oud-Zuid. The location is rightly very desirable, at walking distance from the Vondelpark, the Zeilstraat and the Amstelveenseweg with their numerous shops, including Stach, Hema, Blokker, Etos and various supermarkets. As soon as you walk out the door, you will find various hotspots, nice cafés and eateries.
The centre of Amsterdam can be reached within a 10-minute bike ride and there are various public transport options (tram and bus) towards Schiphol Airport, Amstelveen, Station Zuid, and Central Station. The property is also conveniently located to the A10 motorway.
