Coco Kraaijeveld van Hemert
Coco obtained her bachelor's degree in International (Sports) Management and Business in 2017 and was also certified as a professional organizer shortly afterwards. However, her heart is in real estate and the retraining to real estate agent was a good next step (K-RMT).
At Keizerskroon, she is involved in the purchase and sale of existing homes. With her positive, accurate and creative view on business, she always achieves the best deal for her clients. No effort is too much for Coco, her work is her hobby and you will notice that. She is a cheerful appearance in the office.
Alexandra van Dedem
Alexandra was born in Amstelveen and has been living in Amsterdam for 10 years now. She completed her master's degree in Business Administration last year. At a young age, her dream was to become an interior designer. With her passion for homes and interiors, real estate is made for her. A sporty girl who is always cheerful and also wants to make the customer laugh. According to Alexandra, the customer always comes first. With her top athlete mentality, perseverance is a characteristic feature of her. She doesn't like to sit still and likes her job that she is on the road a lot.
Emily Buschman
Emily came to work at Keizerskroon in 2018 to set up the rental department.
It felt like coming home: working with people, the cosiness of the close-knit team and cycling through beautiful Amsterdam every day on the way to the homes.
Every day she enjoys working for and with the landlords and tenants!
Marlous van den Heuvel
The energetic and enthusiastic Marlous, is completely at her place within the field of real estate, where her personal attention and contact is paramount. She helps you throughout the entire buying and/or selling process with a positive attitude and works accurately.
After her experiences in secondary education and recruitment, Marlous came to the conclusion that brokerage suits her best. After two years working in the office, she knows all aspects of the profession and is happy to assist you as a buying or selling broker (K-RMT in training).
