Our method: renting out your home carefree in 4 steps

Curious about what your property rental involves? These four steps provide a clear overview of the entire rental process.

1. Recording

During the first exploratory interview and the recording of the home, we will get to know each other and we map all your wishes, expectations, and norms and values. You will then receive advice regarding the rental plan and the rental price of the property. We conduct a value check and possibly provide some styling advice, after which we will send you an overview of the agreements made with the quote attached.

2. Promotion

We ensure a high-quality presentation of your home. A professional real estate photographer comes by to take photos of your home. We offer the property to our locator database, fellow estate agents and relocators within our network. We then advertise the property online on Funda, Pararius, and social media

3. Select

As soon as there are interested parties, we schedule viewings with potential tenants as soon as possible. We make a selection and together with you we choose a suitable tenant. We also do a background check so that you are assured of a reliable tenant. Of course, we are there during this phase to represent your interests during negotiations with tenants and fellow brokers.

4. Settlement and transfer

Together with you, we take care of the administrative settlement, sign the rental agreement, and the inspection VVE statement. On the agreed-upon check-in day, we hand over the keys with the handover report and provide the photo documentation.

5. Aftercare

At the end of the agreed-upon rental period, the check-out takes place: we provide a handover report and photo documentation. We always ensure reliable aftercare and, if necessary, prepare for the relisting of the rental property. As a landlord, we are ready to help you before, during, and after the lease period for any assistance or advice if required.
